Used for: Software One is the provider which is used at the Goethe University to gain access to all the Software applications.
How to gain access:

After registering with the Goethe Email address you get sent your password to your Mail inbox.
 

 🤖 Efficient Elements


Used for: Efficient Elements streamlines and professionalizes our slide creation process, making it faster and more efficient.
How to gain access:
  1. Sign in with your university email address.
  1. A license key will be sent to your university email.
  1. Log in to your Mailaccount to verify your account.
  1. Complete the installation process on your computer.
  1. During the final steps of the installation, you will be asked to enter the license key.
  1. Input the license key to complete the activation and link the license to your account.
 
 

🧩 PowerPoint


Used for: PowerPoint is our primary tool for designing slides.
How to gain access:
  • Through the Software One store, you can acquire a free Microsoft license.
  • You will then receive the license key in your Goethe email account.
  • Finally, use the access information sent to your Goethe email account to access PowerPoint.

💾 Excel


Used for: Excel is our primary tool for

🗂️  Google Drive


Used for: Google Drive serves as a database for us; it’s used both for project work and for storing our associations’s documents.
How to gain access:
Access is provided through each of the 180 individual email accounts.

Used for: Google Drive acts as an external communication channel and provides access to specific project-related software and online tools, which may be determined by the client and cannot be anticipated in advanced.

Used for: Google Meet serves as a plattform for both internal and external meetings, facilitating collaboration at all levels through scheduled sessions and ad-hoc sessions.

Used for: Monday is used to provide an overview of tasks and responsibilities. It’s not only for association projects but also for organizing project workflows.

Used for: streamlines Think Cell helps to create charts, and boost the process of creating a slide layout.
How to gain access:
  1. go to the website and download thinkcell by providing your 180dcf mail (link)
  1. install thinkcell on your mac/ pc

💬 WhatsApp


Used for: WhatsApp serves as our main platform for internal communication. The community is organized into various subgroups, each with a specific purpose, such as community announcements. Board members act as administrators.
How to gain access:
Once you become a member, you will be added to the WhatsApp community.

📰 Herma-Tool (Nametags)


Used for: Herma is the software we use to created sticky nametags for in-person events. The software creates a PDFs which we use to print names on the tags.
